If you plan to arrive by an external transportation service such as taxi, Uber, or Lyft, you will be dropped off in the designated Rideshare Drop-Off/Pick-Up Lane by the Park & Ride Building adjacent to Parking Lot C. This is drop-off service only, not transportation between estate locations.
Biltmore does not offer complimentary estate-wide shuttle transportation. Estate roads do not have sidewalks, and walking between different areas of the estate is not recommended due to travel distances.
Biltmore offers an Express* shuttle service for $15 per person per day (kids 9 and younger are free) and limited complimentary shuttle service. For more information on shuttle service, view Estate Transportation.

If you don’t use this address with your GPS, your GPS could take you to an incorrect entrance.
At this time, we do not provide transportation from the airport to the estate. Because Biltmore is best explored by car, we recommend reserving a rental vehicle in advance of your visit from any of the providers at the airport.
Yes. ADA-accessible parking spaces are provided in the majority of estate parking lots for guests with mobility disabilities and state-issued parking permits.
Accessible parking for Biltmore House and Gardens visits:
• Accessible parking for Biltmore House with complimentary accessible shuttle transportation is available in Park & Ride Lot E. Follow the signs to the Park & Ride building.• Accessible parking for Biltmore House is available in Park & Walk Lot B-1, which is a 5- to 10-minute walk on paved surfaces to the front of Biltmore House.• Accessible parking for the Walled Garden is located next to the Conservatory.

Yes. RV parking is available in Park and Ride Lot C. Follow the signs to the complimentary Biltmore House shuttle pickup/drop-off building.

All daytime guests are welcome to use our paid charging station located in Lot B.
Village Hotel Parking Lot and The Inn Parking Lot (Antler Hill Village)
These free charging stations are exclusively available to guests staying at our estate overnight properties (Village Hotel, The Inn, and Cottages on Biltmore Estate).
Transportation is only included with a stay at The Inn on Biltmore Estate. Round-trip guest shuttle service runs from The Inn to Biltmore House and Amherst at Deerpark®.
To enjoy and explore all Biltmore has to offer, we recommend guests arrive in their own vehicle. Guests without their own vehicle should consider making reservations in advance for a rental vehicle.

Biltmore’s Amherst venue is located in the Deerpark/Lioncrest area, approximately three miles from Biltmore House.
To ensure you arrive prior to your reserved entry time, please allow at least 45 minutes to travel between estate locations and park your vehicle.
Parking for Amherst is located in the Deerpark/Lioncrest parking lot.
There is a limited number of ADA parking spots in front of Amherst.
Plan on spending at least one full day at Biltmore. Two days are recommended because there is so much to see and do on our 8,000-acre estate: the house, gardens, Winery, working farm, and a variety of outdoor activities, shops, and exceptional dining options.

From Interstate 40 EastTake I-40 east to Asheville. Take exit 50 (US Highway 25), then turn left at the traffic light after exiting. Stay in the left lane and follow signs to the Biltmore entrance.
From Interstate 40 WestTake I-40 west to Asheville and take exit 50B (US Highway 25 North). After exiting, stay in the left lane and follow signs to the Biltmore entrance.
From Interstate 26/US Highway 19/23 EastTake I-26 east to Asheville. In Asheville, take I-240 east to I-40 west. Follow I-40 west to exit 50B (US Highway 25 North). After exiting, stay in the left lane and follow signs to the Biltmore entrance.
From Interstate 26 WestFollow I-26 west towards Asheville to exit 31A (Hickory/Knoxville exit). Take I-40 east to exit 50 (US Highway 25), then turn left at the traffic light after exiting. Stay in the left lane and follow signs to the Biltmore entrance.
From the Blue Ridge ParkwayTake the US Highway 25 North exit; Biltmore is approximately 4 miles from the parkway.
