Question:I purchased an admission ticket but am unable to visit as planned. Can I reschedule my reservation or cancel for a refund?

Biltmore tickets are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to visit Biltmore as planned, you may:

• Gift your admission ticket(s) to friends or family to enjoy!
• Save your ticket* for a future visit. When ready to reschedule your visit, simply call us at 800-411-3812 with your confirmation number.

*Special evening event admission, such as Candlelight Christmas Evenings, will be honored as a Daytime visit when rescheduled.
