I want to come and view the property and wedding sites. Do I need to make an appointment? How do I schedule an appointment?
An appointment is required to gain access to the estate.
Please call us at 800-211-9804 to arrange a meeting with a Catering Sales Manager. During that meeting, we will discuss all details required to make your dream wedding reality, and to ensure its flawless execution.

We'd also like to host a rehearsal dinner and/or post-wedding brunch. Can you handle these? If so, where?
Biltmore has many different venues to accommodate your wedding event needs. The size of your party, as well as your personal preferences, will determine which location(s) will be the best fit.
Once you have determined your wedding reception location, your Catering Sales Manager will assist you in finding the perfect locations for your other events. Explore our Venues.
-
How do I reserve a date?
To begin, please contact us with a location and date in mind. Your Catering Sales Manager will send a Catering Sales Agreement, which you will have 10 days to sign and return with your initial deposit.
-
I am out of state and worried about planning long distance—can you help me?
Absolutely! Most of the weddings we host are destination weddings. Your attentive Catering Sales Manager will communicate with you via email, phone, and regular mail conversations to ensure all details are covered and that your experience with Biltmore is worry-free.
-
I have a specific theme that I would like to implement. Can I customize my own wedding event?
Your Catering Sales Manager will work with you to customize your wedding to reflect your specific vision.
-
Do I have to use your vendors or can I bring in my own?
We have a highly recommended vendor list in whom we have absolute confidence, but you are welcome to utilize vendors of your choosing. We strongly recommend using vendors that are familiar with all Biltmore policies and locations. Your Catering Sales Manager can elaborate.
-
I have a lot of out-of-town guests. What is available on property to keep them busy?
Biltmore offers a wide variety of activities for your guests to enjoy—tours of Biltmore House, specialty wine experiences, outdoor activities, spa services, and so much more. Explore Activities.
-
Do my guests need a ticket to get on property the day of my event? If I want to visit after booking my event, how do I get on property?
After you’ve booked your event, your Catering Sales Manager will place your party’s name on the Gate List for your event date. On your wedding day, your guests need only give that name at the Admissions Gate, and they will be granted admission, no tickets required.
If you’d like to visit the estate prior to your event, simply contact your Catering Sales Manager.
