  • Does Biltmore ship wine to my state?

    Current interstate shipping laws prohibit us from shipping wine to certain states. We currently ship to all states except AK, AR, DE, HI, LA, MS, NJ, RI, UT.

  • Who can receive my wine shipment?

    Because state laws require an adult (21+) signature for delivery, we strongly recommend using a business address for your deliveries if you do not anticipate being present to receive them.
    To avoid re-shipment charges, please email us at shop@biltmore.com, or calling 1-800-968-0558 at least seven days prior to shipment if you (or another adult) will be unavailable to receive your wine.

  • What happens if my I miss my wine shipment, and it gets re-shipped?

    We will reach out to you via email and ask how you would like to proceed. You’re welcome to pick up your shipment at the estate, have us ship to a different address, or hold your shipment for a later date.
