Biltmore is Open and Welcoming Guests: Know Before You Go

Biltmore: A Perfect Family Escape for All Ages

Make memories that last a lifetime while visiting a real château—which kids call a castle—and exploring our Farmyard filled with furry and feathery friends.

Planning Tips

The estate features a variety of dining options, each of which is family-friendly, offers a children’s menu, and a helpful wait staff. Whether you need extra straws or a highchair, we deliver with a smile.

The Winery serves complimentary grape juice for the kids while you enjoy your wine tasting.

Bring your stroller. Lightweight travel strollers or child backpack carriers are ideal for visiting Biltmore House, allowing you to navigate the house’s stairs with ease while giving little feet a break.

For safety reasons, shoes with exposed wheels are not permitted in estate buildings. Please remove wheels before entering any building.

Take breaks during your visit to Biltmore House. There’s no rush to see it all. Head outside to the Stable Courtyard for some fresh air, a quick snack (ice cream!), or an early lunch at Stable Café.
