YOU DRIVE: Choose Lots A & B—the closest parking to Biltmore House & Gardens—to park and walk to those areas. This option provides quicker access to your car so you can drive to Antler Hill Village & Winery or other estate locations.
WE DRIVE: Choose Central Parking (Lots C, D & E) for complimentary estate shuttles to Biltmore House & Gardens, Antler Hill Village & Winery, and Deerpark/Amherst. In transit, enjoy guest orientation and information about the Vanderbilt family and Biltmore history.
YOUR NEW EXPRESS LANE: For arriving Passholders, their ticketed guests, and Biltmore lodging guests ONLY, this lane allows you to bypass daily admission traffic.
Once through the Lodge Gate, follow signs directing you to turn right before passing the Reception Ticketing & Sales Center. Other estate traffic will continue straight.
To speed your entry via your Express Lane, purchase your guests’ tickets online prior to your arrival at Biltmore.
If you bring guests without tickets before 5 p.m., please do not use the Express Lane. Instead, continue straight to the Reception & Ticketing Sales Center to purchase guest tickets.
For the safety of our guests and preservation of this historic location, personal vehicles will no longer be permitted in the Biltmore House & Gardens area—this area is a pedestrian-only zone. Personal vehicles are still permitted on other estate roads.
TWO NEW LOCATIONS FOR ENTRY SCANNING AND TICKETING To reduce congestion around Biltmore House, we have relocated security screening away from the entrance of the house and added two new Entry Scanning and Ticketing locations:

Passholders with accessibility needs will have the option to be picked up by an ADA-accessible shuttle in Lot B, driven through the gardens, and then brought back to their vehicle in Lot B.
EXISTING GARDEN SHUTTLE You may also choose to ride our existing ADA-Accessible Garden Shuttle, which provides a 30-minute full loop of the gardens that includes Bass Pond and Waterfall areas. This shuttle runs continuously from 9 a.m.–7 p.m. daily.
