Make the Most of Your Biltmore Visit

  • Allow plenty of time. You may be amazed by the size of the estate and all the things to see and do. Allow at least a day to see the house, gardens, winery, and River Bend Farm. Allow two days or more for outdoor activities, such as biking, hiking, horseback riding, rafting, kayaking, and guided tours.
  • Arrive early. View our seasonal estate hours for Biltmore opening times. Make your Biltmore House Reservation ahead of time, either by phone at 800-411-3812 or online when buying your ticket. A reservation is required to visit Biltmore House. Your estate admission/ticket includes a reserved time to visit Biltmore House, plus all-day access to our gardens, Winery, River Bend Farm, shopping and dining, and free parking.   • Extend your visit. Spend an additional day exploring the estate by purchasing a next-day upgrade for $10.00 at our guest services locations.
  • Arrive after 2:00 p.m. and visit the next day for free! Simply enter the gate after 2:00 p.m. and your admission ticket will be valid for the next day as well.
  • Upgrade to a Twelve-Month Pass and visit Biltmore during all four seasons. Learn More
  • Get your tickets in advance. Save time by purchasing advanced tickets online or by calling 800-411-3812.
  • Stay a night or two. Save time and money with Biltmore hotel packages.
  • Dress for comfort. Wear comfortable walking shoes and layers to allow for changeable mountain weather.
  • Take Your Time. The Biltmore experience is too good to rush. Savor the gardens' beauty on one of our outdoor benches, nibble an ice cream cone, and relax over a meal.
  • Visit Sunday through Friday. You'll typically encounter fewer guests.
  • New Valet Service Offered daily 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Now you can drive to the front of Biltmore House and let our valet park your car while you visit the house, gardens, and shops. No need to worry about parking, walking from the parking lots, or waiting for shuttles. Not available for Motor Coaches, Recreational Vehicles (RV), and motorcycles. Cost: $15 per car. Advance reservations are strongly encouraged. Please call 800-411-3812 to reserve.
  • Bring a car. Parking is free, and some of the estate venues are several miles apart. Shuttles from the parking lot to Biltmore House are provided, but you'll need your own transportation to the other estate attractions.
Reduced-price admission tickets are available for visitors with limited mobility. Please purchase this ticket at Biltmore's Welcome Center the day of your visit. Learn more with our accessibility information.
