Please Read Before Purchase
To make your Summer Evening Concerts experience more enjoyable and for the safety and comfort of all guests, please note the following policies.
- Your concert evening ticket permits estate entry at 5:30 p.m., unless you have dinner reservations for an earlier time.
- Tickets being held must be picked up at the Welcome Center by 7:30 p.m.
- The concert will start promptly at 8:00 p.m. Once on the estate, please allow a minimum of 30 minutes to get to the concert area.
- Shuttles to the concert area are available from the parking lots.
- No recording, filming, photography, or taping of concerts is allowed.
- No outside alcoholic beverages, food, beverages, or coolers are allowed in the concert seating area.
- Smoking is not permitted in the concert seating area.
- Concert with Daytime Estate Admission tickets may visit Biltmore House, Gardens, Winery and Farm Village, day of concert, OR day after concert.
- Concert evening ticket prices are for the concert only and do not include admission to Biltmore House, Gardens, Winery and River Bend Farm.
- Concert evening tickets may be upgraded to include daytime estate admission for the following day.
- All concert tickets may be upgraded to Twelve–Month Passes on the evening of the concert. Upgrade tickets at the booth on the South Terrace.
- Seating for general admission is on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 6:45 p.m. Concerts begin at 8:00 p.m. Guests with reserved seats may be seated anytime after 6:45 p.m.
- Concerts are held rain or shine; no umbrellas are allowed in the concert seating area.
- In dangerous weather, you will be instructed to leave the area, in accordance with our evacuation plan.
- Please dress according to the weather; once the sun goes down, it can be cool on the South Terrace.

- Special seating is available for guests with disabilities.
- Please be aware that bags are subject to being searched each time you enter the concert area.
- No dance space is available in the seating area. Guests may dance at their seats.
- Guests must comply with the reasonable directions of Biltmore personnel to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all concertgoers.
- Guests who do not comply with the concert guidelines may be asked to leave the property.
- Guests who become intoxicated or engage in disruptive conduct may be removed from the premises without refund.
If you purchased a concert ticket with a daytime house and grounds visit, then you may use your estate admission on the day of the concert or the following day only. Please keep your ticket; it is used for both concert and estate admission.
Refund Policy
Concert tickets are non-refundable and good only for the concert for which they are sold. If the concert occurs but the ticket is not used, no refund is issued. If a concert is rescheduled and you cannot attend the rescheduled concert, you may return your unused ticket within six weeks of the original date for a full refund. If the concert is cancelled by Biltmore or the artist and is not rescheduled, tickets are void and refunds are automatically given within 6–8 weeks of the event.
