All guest rooms and internal public areas at our lodging facilities are non-smoking. There are exterior areas designated for smokers.

Biltmore does not offer complimentary estate-wide shuttle transportation. Overnight guests staying at The Inn on Biltmore Estate® may enjoy round-trip shuttle service from The Inn to Biltmore House® and Amherst at Deerpark®.
Estate roads do not have sidewalks, and walking between different areas of the estate is not recommended due to travel distances. To enjoy and explore all Biltmore has to offer, we strongly recommend guests arrive in their own vehicle.
Biltmore offers complimentary shuttle service from the following locations for all guests:
Biltmore Express shuttle service is $15 per person per day (kids 9 and younger are free) and:
ALL Biltmore Estate shuttles are accessible to wheelchair and stroller users.
Animals (with the exception of service animals) are not allowed on shuttles.
Note: wheeled luggage is NOT permitted in the Biltmore House & Gardens area. Please review our bag policy.
At this time, we do not provide transportation from the airport to the estate. Because Biltmore is best explored by car, we recommend reserving a rental vehicle in advance of your visit from any of the providers at the airport.
If you plan to arrive by an external transportation service such as taxi, Uber, or Lyft, you will be dropped off at Biltmore House or Antler Hill Village. This is drop-off service only, not transportation between estate locations.

Dining reservations are strongly encouraged and may be made in advance by calling our Reservations Department toll-free at 800-858-4130 (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. ET and Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m.–5 p.m.).
For The Dining Room at The Inn, Resort Elegant attire* is requested for dinner: slacks, dress shirt, dress, suit jacket and/or suit. Resort Casual attire is appropriate for breakfast in The Dining Room, as well as for all meals at all other estate restaurants.
For Library Lounge at The Inn, Resort Casual attire* is recommended; Resort Elegant (slacks, dress shirt, dress, suit jacket and/or suit) is also welcome and encouraged, particularly for evening cocktails and entertainment. If denim is your preference, dark denim is appropriate.
*Shorts, tank tops, flip-flops, and faded denims are not appropriate nor permitted.
Purchases at any restaurant or shop on the estate may be charged to your room, provided you have established credit upon check-in by presenting your valid, current credit card.

Please inform the security officer at the entrance gate that you are registered at The Inn. The officer will verify that you are on the arrival list for the day. Once on the estate, follow the signs to The Inn. From the entrance gate, The Inn is approximately three miles away.
