Get Your New Photo ID Card
Rugged and water-resistant, the new plastic Passholder ID card is an upgrade from the paper passes of the past. This new card also features your picture, so there’s no more need to show your driver’s license when entering the estate or at our shops and restaurants to receive your passholder benefits.
Here’s how to receive your new photo ID card, whether this is your first pass or you’re renewing your pass:
- Email a photograph of yourself to tmpphoto@biltmore.com. Please include your full name and Pass ID number. If you are ordering multiple photo ID’s, please clearly identify each passholder in your email so that we can associate the correct photograph with your pass. See image guidelines below.
- Mail your Passholder ID number and photograph to us. Pictures will not be returned. See image guidelines below.

Image Guidelines:
- Your image needs to be in color and show a clear, front view of your face. The best type of image for your ID card is one similar to a passport or driver’s license photo.
- If emailing, the image must be in .jpg format and be 480 pixels wide by 640 pixels high. Your image should not be more than 1 MB.
- No props, friends, spouses, pets, hats, or sunglasses, please. Only the passholder should be visible. Prescription eyewear is acceptable.
- Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your new ID card to be processed and mailed. You will be notified if your photograph does not meet our specifications, at which point you may visit the Biltmore Reservation and Ticket Center during your next visit to have an acceptable photo taken onsite.
